It's thicker than I imagined! Design is not bad, but ….
I bought this to make my Vmax even cooler. Installation is easy and it goes into the bar easily. It is very thick and not very comfortable to hold, as you can see when you actually put it on. It is possible to install it just for the Impact of the appearance, but I think my palm will get sore after prolonged use. I am wondering how to remove it. I did not put a Grip bond on the Throttle side because I was worried about it. But I am not sure if I can remove it. View detail

[How is it used?
I thought about changing to an external disc, but since the OEMBrake Disc has not yet run 2000km after replacement and is not worn out at all, I replaced it for a Makeover. So I used it for the OEM Brake Disc.
OEM is almost rigid with no play. By replacing with this Pin, even with semiFloating, a slight rattling can be created both in the rotational and axial direction. It is effective for those who understand the meaning and effect of this rattling.
Although it is possible to set it to full floating, we decided to set it to semi-floating because it is unlikely to be able to return the grip during panic braking, considering city driving.
Basically, the change in appearance is Large tight, so you can be satisfied with the appearance!

There were no problems during the actual installation.
Was the installation difficult?
Screw Lock and OEM Pin removal during OEMBrake Disc removal is a challenge.
The disc fixing bolt had already been replaced with a Titaniumium bolt, so I was able to remove it without any problem, but it was difficult to remove the OEM pin by grinding it with a disc grinder.
I scraped off a particularly Crimp area, but could not get it off, and finally got it off by punching it out with a Graver.
I felt that if not done well, there may be a Risk of distorting the discBody, so a certain amount of knowledge and skill is required.

Once the OEMPin was removed, the assembly of this product itself was a piece of cake.
How was your experience with it?
On mountain passes, the benefits of the semiFloating system are not particularly noticeable. On the contrary, there is no sense of discomfort during Brake even when driving in town.
As for the appearance, it looks better because you can feel that it has been replaced.

It was impossible to remove the OEMPin with only a grinder and a slotted screwdriver as described in the ManufacturerHP.
Penetrating Driver or Graver+Hammer that can hit is needed.
It is also necessary to cure the discBody so as not to damage it, so curing Tape and Dan Balletc. are also necessary.
The front wheel needs to be removed and the brake disc needs to be removed, so a front stand is also necessary.
If you ask a Motorcycle shop to do the work, it would be a moderately expensive job, so then replacing the disc with an external disc may be cheaper in total. it may not be recommended unless you are able to do the work as a DIY.

I bought a Seal kit from SKF. (●´ωTranslated by.)
I had a hard time deciding on a color, so I chose Black like the Pad and OEM.
Overhaul in the summer so I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but I bought the peace of mind of having it in stock.
Effectiveness is not a problem since others have written about it.
The included Spacer seems to be used when the height is lower than the OEMOil seal height
It seems to be determined by the size of the Inchview rather than being model-specific.
The model is YAMAHA XJR1300 1998 model.
Since it is an OEMSuspension, OEM would seem to be a good fit, but if you look closely, you will see that Other Brand Product is installed. If you're going for a quick OEM look, Black would be the way to go.
And as I mentioned in the photo,
I was concerned about the fact that the Seal is naked in the package. I don't mind it because it seems to be a normal packaging in foreign countries, but you should install it after cleaning it when you use it.
I think the Seals will be transported bumping into each other since they are naked in the package, but I guess it's not a problem, are Japanese people nervous?
I am very much looking forward to installing it!

It was not yet time to replace it nor was there any problem, but this time we replaced it with Chain and the previous Sprocket in order to perform a Conversion from OEMSize 530 to 520 Chain with the expectation of improved acceleration, etc.
I had been using AFAM's Sprocket until I replaced it, but this time I decided to go with Made in Sunstar, as I have used Sunstar's Sprocket before and found it very reliable and true to its reputation for high precision.
I purchased the 520 for the ZRX1200R because I have replaced the rear wheel with a ZRX1200R one on my vehicle. I chose the same number of 17 pins as the ZRX1100OEM. 520 is much thinner than the 530, but as usual, SUNSTAR's products are beautifully made.
As for the color, we initially considered black, but the price was too high, so we decided to go with gold and self-paint it, and painted it Gun meta with SOFT99 Wheel Collar, then Urethane. [Color] I painted the top coat with Clear. At this time, I cured half of the 12 bolt holes with Nut's Large size to prevent the paint from cracking when the Nut hit the holes, but due to my lack of awareness, I cured the holes with the wrong spacing. I thought they were all spaced the same to begin with, so when I applied them to the hub, the spacing did not match, and when they did not fit, I was chilled to the bone, thinking I had placed the wrong order. I had no choice but to cut a cutter to the size of the nut and tighten the part of the hole where the nut hits the spacing that matches the spacing. However, some of the paint was raised when it hit the nut, and the incorrectly cured area looked like a speckle, which is unfortunate. I am thinking of repainting it sometime in the future. After that, the Wheel was returned to the vehicle and the work was completed with the Chain adjustment. I could feel the effect of the conversion to 520 Chain. I was disappointed about the paint, but it was a good product. Now the question is how long it will last; I hope it will last until the Chain replacement.

Genuine Kawasaki Well Nut 5mm for NINJA 1000SX 2021
I wanted to get some new well nuts in this size as I did not have any spares in the garage for this refurb on the Ninja 1000SX. The price was really good and cheaper than some on the other after market brands anyway that I could get. I decided to get the Kawasaki ones as I have had a few other parts from this brand and I am honestly, very impressed with how well they are made. With a couple of other items in my order, I had them all shipped using EMS and the package arrived in 5 days. Everything was well protected from any damage. The well nuts came in the Kawasaki standard packet and were well presented. They are a really neat part that everyone should have some spares as you just never know when you will need them. These were the M5 size and this is usually the size that fits with a lot of panelling on a lot of different models. They also fit a lot of other manufacturers factory screens and various area too. The quality of these is not really easy to work out until you actually use them. I did have a screen that needed a new well nut fitting so I used one of these. Definitely recommend them as they just work how they should. None of the spinning of the thread and worked exceptionally. Very happy with these. View detail

Reliable Kawasaki OEM Parts
We have decided to open the cylinder head cover for replacing the plug hole gasket, which necessitated the removal of the thermostat and coolant hose, so we decided to replace the coolant, which we had been putting off for quite some time.
The washer of Coolant's Drain bolt is always replaced when replacing the bolt as well as the Gasket of the Engine oil Drain bolt because I don't want to have any bad liquid leaking out. However, it costs nearly 200 yen per piece, so I think it is not cost-effective. I am sure that I can use Kawasaki OEM parts because they are reliable, but I will look for a good aluminum washer of the same size by the next time.
