Not with Hole
I replaced the aprilia Tuono Racing Chain, and while I was at it, I also replaced the front and rear Sprocket.
I have always used XAM's Sprocket and it is very well made and accurate.
However, I was a little disappointed that although the product photo shows the Sprocket with Hole (the XAM FrontSprocket I had purchased previously was with Hole), the one I received was without hole as shown in the photo.
Does it differ by production lot?

GSX400Conversion
GSX400OEM is 525 but Conversion.
OEMFinal is 14-50, but 14T has been out of stock for a long time. Therefore, it is 15T.
I posted a picture but for some reason the chamfer is different on the front and back. The XAM14T before replacement does not. Durability has been confirmed with the 14T.
It will last even longer for Long.
I'd like to see the 14 or 15T put in a meat hole as well.

GSX400Conversion
GSX400OEM is 525 but Conversion.
In this case, the step is on the outside.
Here are the impressions after 18,000 km of use with the same Final 14-50 as the OEM.
No wear or deformation on the tips of the teeth, and the valleys are mirrored by the roller, but there is no deformation that can be seen, and perhaps the valleys are a little wider.
Sides have wear marks on the inside, can they be improved with Chain line?
The outside is nearly intact.
I think it will still work but replaced as Chain was finished.
I have no particular complaints about the product, but if I may say so, I would like the engraving to be on both sides because it is on the inside and cannot be seen.
Looks like the 14T has been out of stock for a long time, I hope it gets resolved soon.

it is normal
It can be installed without any problems.
I have replaced the same manufacturer's product several times on other vehicles, and although it is simple, it has been used without any problems.
I forgot to take a picture.
It is just a flat plate with gears cut into it.

The actual product is not fleshed out as shown in the photo.
We chose 18T, the same number of teeth as the OEM, so there is nothing that can be felt when driving.
The reason I bought it was because I believed it had been butchered as shown in the photo,
When I unpacked the package and looked at the actual product, I was disappointed to see that it had not been butchered and lacked a white face.
Then I should have purchased OEM Product.
Material is Chromoly steel, carburized and quenched with Gold heat treatment for improved wear resistance.
If you are concerned about wear resistance, you may prefer the "Made in Sunstar" level, which has a higher level of wear resistance due to the carburizing-nitriding heat treatment of the gold genus.

I can't tell any difference in performance.

Changed for city driving
Changed to 14T for commuting, as I use it a lot compared to the OEM 15T. After the change, the floppy feeling at the start is gone, and the knocking is gone even when driving in traffic at about 10 km/h. On the other hand, when returning to 6th gear from Axel, I can feel that the embbracing is more effective than before. On the other hand, when returning to Axel from 6th gear driving, I feel that the embrace is more effective than before. If you are driving in town, this is the recommended way to drive more crisply. (I will also pay more attention to fuel consumption in the future because the RPMs are a little higher.) View detail

Exchange for Conversion
[How is it used?
I used it to convert the chain of STREET TRIPLERS which is used for circuit driving from 525 Size to 520 Size. The Sprocket of STREET TRIPLERS is common with the Initial Model DAYTONA675 and STREET TRIPLE, so there was no description of compatibility for the STREET TRIPLERS that became 765cc, but I thought it could be used and tried it.
The front sprocket is also common to SEA BASS and Kawasaki series vehicles, and although there are several manufacturers of front sprockets, we chose XAM's Sprocket, which has round holes machined into the sprocket to reduce weight.
How was your experience with it?
Although this is a replacement for the 525 Size OEMSprocket, it is so light that you can tell the difference just by holding it (or is the OEM just heavier?). The with hole processing makes it look more race ish, although you can't see it with the cover on.
How did it compare to other products?
This is a comparison to OEM's Chain and Sprocket, but coupled with Conversion, we have experienced a lot of benefits as a lightweight.
[Points to note]
A 32mm socket is required to remove the front sprocket, and since the nut is tightened quite hard at the OEM point, an Impact wrench will make it easier.
The Sprocket should be installed with its surface facing the Engine side, so be careful about its orientation.

14T use. But some FrontSprocket would be useful too!
It was used in the Race, and since there was no data in the course, it ended up being used in the SprocketQuantity:I bought a Set.
This product is now Spare, but the same product.
If you really want to operate Chain without changing the number of Piece, there is a possibility to adjust it in FrontSprocket as well.
Chain would also be useful if there were more than one optimal number of Piece, but, not so easy.
I used it on a GSX-R125 so I ChainConverted it to use.
The product itself has no problems, and you may choose to drive on public roads, or whether you want to make it a little closer to acceleration, etc., because SmallEngine Displacement Volume, Inc.
With Front, it changes quite a bit.

Cheaper and faster
Installed on R15 V4 2022MODEL 。 I bought the 13th gear because I wanted the 3 speed GEAR to be a little higher gear for circuit driving, it was cheaper than buying a Rear Sprocket and it was easier to drive with the higher gear. The speedometer also picks up the speed from the front wheel, so there is no deviation from the meter. The speedometer also picks up the speed from the front wheel, so there is no meter error. I think the maximum speed will also decrease, so it is better to consider the replacement according to your driving field. View detail

I bought this for my SRV250.

I am satisfied because I preferred it this way, but please be careful if you want it as shown in the picture.

XAM 14T Sprocket replacement
The machining accuracy of the shaft attachment part is not good. At first, the shaft does not fit in as if the diameter of the shaft is wrong. After aligning the shaft and lightly tapping it with a plastic hammer, the shaft was slightly inserted. This time, it would not come out. It was a light press fit. The machining accuracy must not be good. The appearance of the product is not related to its functionality, but the finish is also quite poor. View detail

GN125H Driven Sprocket14→Up to 15 guns
When starting GN125H, it is too low GEAR and cannot pull, and Gear changing is busy, so I changed Driven Sprocket to standard 14→15 with reference to Net article.
After the replacement, it became easier to pull and easier to ride at each GEAR. I almost do not feel the lack of Torque on hills.
The replacement was done without any problem with the necessary Socket and Lock washer, and the product itself is also fine.
Chain is also adjustable with standard length.

The start is a little worse, but the RPMs can be reduced a little in the Cruising speed range, which makes long distances easier.
XAM's Sprocket has lasted about 25,000 km, thanks in part to its accuracy and strength!

Replacement before the rainy season
Since the last time I replaced the Sprocket, I drove about 25,000 km, so I replaced the Sprocket front and rear + Chain.
After the assembly, there are no abnormal noises, vibrations, or other troubles.
However, I was expecting it to have a hole in it as shown in the Image in the photo.
I have replaced three drivetrain components, so I don't have to worry for a while.

Acceleration is not important, so it can be used for city driving without discomfort.
I expect that the replacement will increase fuel efficiency since there will be no noise and the RPMs will be lower than before.
