Good pipe, average parts
The header pipe was great, good fit and nice quality it seems. However, when tightening it into the engine, the cap bent. I always follow my service manuals torque specs and was using the proper wrench and it bent before reaching 10 lbs torque. You can see this in the photos how the studs point outwards and the cap doesn't make full contact. I'm pretty disappointed in that and that cap clearly isn't quality steel!! I'm doubtful the cap is stainless steel at all. The pipe itself is higher quality it seems. The good news is the gasket is sealed and the exhaust is working fine. I'm trying to be nice with this review because I like the new exhaust. I'll likely have to get new studs for my engine if I ever remove the pipe in the future. I would say torque them to 7lbs with all steel locking nuts to avoid this perhaps? Hopefully this helps someone in the future when installing on an xt250. View detail

Works with American XT250
Webike seems to be the only website that sells aftermarket stainless exhausts that will be compatible with American XT250s, and it is an absolutely beautiful exhaust at that. My OEM exhaust had the bottom rusted out, and this stainless exhaust was a welcomed upgrade. Not only is it cheaper than an OEM Yamaha exhaust, it looks much prettier and seems to be a better quality. The American OEM heatshield fit perfectly with minimal modifications - all that was required was to use one of the vent holes as a bolt hole, simple as that. A larger bolt was also used to plug the O2 sensor hole on this pipe, as the American XTs don't use an O2 sensor. I couldn't be happier with this product. View detail

Great header pipe, high grade stainless, will last forever.
This is a great exhaust header pipe for the 2015 XT250, I am sure will last the life of the bike. This pipe is high grade stainless, almost non-magnetic. The OEM was steel and rusted in 3 years until it broke off at the engine, Yamaha should have made it stainless, and I did not want to buy another OEM pipe. This stainless pipe was also less expensive than the OEM one. There are 2 small differences between this Japan (Serow) model and the OEM for Canada/USA XT250 models: 1. The mounting for the heat shield is slightly different. The Japan model has a one-piece single long heat shield that uses 3 mounting screws, while the Canada/USA model uses 2 separate shields with 4 screws. If you can do some metal working, the main front shield can be modified to fit easily. Or else there are many after market heat shields that can work, or even wrap it with exhaust wrap tape. The fancy fix would be to buy a Japan model heat shield, but they are not easy to find. 2. Japan model header pipe comes with a port for an O2 sensor, which I think is M18x1.5 threads. Canada/USA XT250 does not have or use an O2 sensor. The port should be able to be plugged with a short bolt, or else cut short and welded closed. Cutting it short will also allow the Canada/USA front heat shield to fit with less modification. Even with the bit of modification needed, I am very happy that I could buy this pipe, it fixes the poor quality OEM problem. I am also very happy that Web!ke had this part, I could not find it anywhere else in the whole world, and Web!ke was great to buy from and great price. I will never be afraid to buy parts here, they have some quality things I can't get anywhere else. View detail

Cospa best
I installed it on a SEROW 2020 Final Edition.
At the same time, I changed to Full Exhaust System including Silencer.
By the way, Silencer is a planus.
I chose this product because it's just so cheap!
It's cheap, but you can rest assured that Beams has a reputation for quality and accuracy.
I was able to choose. (Beams products have been purchased in the past.)
It was very accurate and easy to install.
It came with a non-OEM Gasket, but we didn't use it.
I prepared it separately. The installation point is to install the Normal exhaust pipe before removing it.

I wiped it down. It's my first run and it's a nice, clean burn and nice color.
We have not experienced any dramatic changes in the engine feeling after the replacement, but we are concerned about the rust. but
I am satisfied with Large because it is gone and looks cooler.
