[Description]
The manufacturing process of dry carbon products is completely different from that of conventional wet carbon products, and they are formed and manufactured under vacuum and high temperature using advanced special technology. Dry carbon products, which have both overwhelming lightness and high rigidity due to the special manufacturing process, have gained absolute support in various top stages from aerospace engineering to Formula 1 and MotoGP. "Nexray" is thoroughly concerned not only with the manufacturing process but also with the materials used. Carbon prep rig (thickened carbon fiber) made in Japan, which is very difficult to obtain and of high quality, is used. This material is one of the few materials approved by the world's aircraft manufacturers. In order to prevent discoloration and corrosion caused by harsh natural conditions (temperature, rain, ultraviolet rays) on public roads, dry carbon products are generally coated. "Nexray has developed its own special protective coating that can withstand long-term use without compromising the beauty of the material and the original lightness of the product. Available in semi-gloss and smoke black.
