Wiring connection method Remove the wiring from the stock relay and connect the IC relay to that wire.When replacing with a 22 terminal type relay, connect the black wire (ground wire) of the IC relay to the metal part of the vehicle body.When replacing the relay with a 3-terminal type relay, you can either connect the black wire to the "minus earth" wire in the table on the right, or to the metal part of the vehicle body.(The color scheme may vary depending on the vehicle.Be sure to check the wiring diagram for each vehicle)
