In the case of FRP (white/black) products
Many of our products are made by dividing the production mold (the mold necessary to produce the product) into sections, and resin burrs are unavoidably generated along the division line of the production mold in the manufacturing process.
When the product is subjected to secondary processing, the resin burrs need to be shaved off, and because of this process, the gelcoat of the processed part may be shaved off at the same time.
This is not a defective product as it is developed and sold on the premise that it will be painted.
