The through holes are made using a 3-dimensional tapered process to provide space for harnesses and electrical parts, and the under-tank and mounting methods have been reviewed and improved to meet the limited conditions.
The newly designed V-shaped frame is one of the most distinctive features of the OV-38 frame.
The V-shape frame is extended from the seat race plate and overlapped with the meny frame to increase the lateral rigidity of the engine mount.
The engine mount that connects to the pivot is a one-piece structure machined from thick aluminum and tapered in three dimensions.The inside pocketing and R-edges are designed to reduce weight to the limit of stability.
The engine hanger is one of the newly designed parts by 3D machining.
The pivot plate has a bolt-on quattro shape with increased surface pressure.
It contributes to weight reduction, and is a four-piece stopper that prevents opening and accepts twisting in four directions.
The step mounting method has been reviewed and redesigned to mount directly to the frame.
