This is WJ's first pipe bender method of manufacturing a body.Most of the products in the market are made by this method. The cost of this method is much lower than that of the snake cone pipe. However, because we are particular about performance, we have incorporated our own technology in various parts. In particular, the exhaust pressure system, which is essential for scooters, is inherited from the snake cone pipe, and you can feel the high feeling response from any rpm range. The silencer is exactly the same as the snake cone pipe in order not to lower the grade in appearance.
The silencer is equipped with a rear baffle as standard. A variety of optional baffles are available.Please choose according to the use. The silencer is wrapped with a first layer of stainless steel wool and a second layer of glass wool to prevent the sound deadening material from scattering. The baffle mounting bolts are stainless steel hexagon socket head button bolts fixed at a 45°, which is not visible from the side, and is not noticeable from the rear. The baffle fixing nut is welded to the inside of the baffle. WJ delivers even the mounting bolts with great care.
The exhaust (WJ-S) has a built-in catalyzer.The baffle is fixed. Silencer variations are available in stainless steel mirror finish, black metal stainless steel, carbon and titanium blue gradation. The silencer is a separate structure from the main exhaust pipe. The stainless steel exhaust will burn and turn gold in color as it is used.
