Bottle cage holder with one-touch installation and removal
This holder allows you to mount one spare bottle on the handlebar or seat post.
The newly developed quick clamp allows one-touch mounting and dismounting, so you can easily equip a spare bottle only when you need it, such as when going on a long trip.
■There are two types of BH-100 with different clamp diameters.
Model BH-100-S
・Suitable for 22-29mm diameter.
・Logo printing color on the side of the clamp is red.
・Compatible with standard handlebars and seat posts.
Model BH-100-M
・Suitable for 28-35mm diameter.
・Logo printing on the side of the clamp is black.
・Compatible with oversized handlebars and ultra-thick seatposts for small bikes.
There is a gear tooth mechanism inside the holder, and the mounting angle can be changed every 12 degrees.
This makes it possible, for example, to set the bottle close to vertical even on the inclined part of the riser bar.
It can also be deliberately sloped to make it easier to remove the bottle.
The holder is made of rustproof stainless steel.
The clamp body is also made of aluminum to prevent rust.
Includes 2 bolts for mounting the bottle cage.
■About the new quick clamp
Universal type for flexible use without tools.
The stainless steel band used for the BH-95X was a very useful mechanism that could cover 22-35mm with one size, but it was not easy to remove the band when it was not needed because it required some tricks and tools to put it on.
The newly developed quick clamp can be easily installed and removed without tools, allowing you to quickly attach a spare bottle only when needed.
By simply adjusting the bolt at the base of the clamp, the clamp can change its size to accommodate pipes of various diameters.
After that, it can be easily fixed by simply folding the lever.
The S-Clamp covers a range of 22-29mm and can be mounted on a standard 22mm handlebar or 27mm seat post.
It can also be mounted on road drop handlebars with bar tape.
The M-Clamp covers the range 28-35mm and can be mounted at the base of 32mm oversized handlebars or on very thick seat posts of small bikes.

Caution
*For the quick clamp, first adjust the clamping force with the adjustment screw at the base of the clamp to obtain the appropriate clamping force, and then turn down the locking lever.The holder can be installed by tightening the screw after the lever is turned down, but the tightening torque is not sufficient and the holder may hang down during use.
*Make sure that the adjustment bolt is fully retracted into the holder body when the lever is clamped.If the bolt is still floating, it is not clamped firmly.
*When raising the lever, operate it with your finger, not with your fingernail only.The lever is closed with a strong force, which may injure your fingernail.
*To change the angle of the bottle cage, it is necessary to loosen the bolt on the central axis of the holder.If the bottle cage is made by MINOURA, you can adjust it while it is installed, but if the bottle cage is made by another company, you have to remove the bottle cage.
*On drop bars for road use where the brake and shift wires are installed along the handlebar, the clamp may apply excessive force to the cable and crush the outer cable.It is advisable to avoid the cable as much as possible.
*This product cannot be installed on handlebars or seat posts with a non-circular cross-section.
*The tool (M3 Allen wrench) to change the direction of the clamp and the angle of the bottle cage is not included.A portable Allen wrench cannot be used because of the structure.Use a regular L-wrench.
*We are not responsible for the theft of equipment while parked due to the ease of removal.When you park your bike, please remove it and take it with you.
*Bottle cage is not included.
*To prevent scratches and ensure sufficient clamping force, wrap the supplied transparent sheet around the handlebar and install the BH-100 on top of it.
