[Description]
The Z900RS / Z900RS CAFE Tegami Straight Cyclone is a prototype exhibited at the 2018 Tokyo Motorcycle Show while the development of a exhaust for public roads is underway, inheriting the image of the Z1 Straight Cyclone.
After that, the racing cyclone was developed for the demonstration run of Taste of Tsukuba.
In response to the great response and demand for this product, the racing exhaust has been commercialized first.
*Intake system parts are also under development.
[Quality]
This racing hand-bend straight cyclone has achieved high precision and high durability with the latest technology and manufacturing method. Yoshimura's latest know-how has been poured into all manufacturing processes from cutting, bending and welding of the pipe to finish it with high precision.
The newly adopted black coating is a special paint with heat resistance of approximately 1,200°C, improving durability, corrosion resistance durability, and corrosion resistance performance.
[Performance]
It is developed for the circuit which uses a lot of high RPM range, and draws out a lot of power and torque compared with STD.
The weight has been reduced by 54% compared to stock.(STD:12kg, Yoshimura Cyclone: 6.5kg)
[Design]
The layout of the assembly section has been carefully designed to maintain the image of a traditional straight tube.
The two pipes on the lower side of the assembly section are moved to the inside of the machine to secure the bank angle, which enables the Z900RS to take advantage of its cornering performance.
The exhaust pipes are made of steel to give the vehicle a neo-retro look with hand-bent curves.
It is characterized by its beautiful lines and unique volume created by skilled craftsmen.
Stainless steel is used for the assembly part, tail pipe and inner parts, and durability is considered.

This racing hand curved straight cyclone is made by using the latest technology and traditional method, and produces the unique Yoshimura exhaust sound.
[Features]
In addition to the stock O2 sensor boss, a special sensor boss is installed as standard for the intake setting with the sub-computer.It can be used for more precise setting.
