The Camel Toe Side Stand for the Africa Twin (16-17) should be considered as a replacement for the stock cast aluminium side stand which can break under normal use conditions. To put it in simple terms, in a situation where you have a full load of luggage and a pillion, you get on and off the bike with the side stand out, right? Repeat this process and the stock side stand will bend.
You can even straddle the bike with the side stand down! You can even drop the bead by putting the load on the side stand when fixing a puncture for your buddy!
This side stand is TIG welded to a thick wall DOM tube with CNC machined steel mounting lugs. The camel hoof shaped pad is almost twice the size of the stock one. Thanks to this, there is no need for expansion with retrofit pads. Powder coat finish for durability and to maintain a beautiful finish. Two length variations.
