This is the axle collar for the North American pulley (US pulley). This is required as a spacer on the right side when replacing the Japanese pulley with the North American pulley. It is made of rust-resistant stainless steel and looks beautiful.
Caution
*For vehicles equipped with North American pulleys (US pulleys).It is not compatible with Japanese pulleys. *If you want to use North American pulley (US pulley) on '04 XL, you need to replace the belt with '07 belt or later. *The drive belts for the 2007 and later XL models are 136 for the 883cc and 137 for the 1200cc. *Please check the product carefully before purchasing, as it requires specialized processing skills and knowledge.
