[Description]
This is the set of 64 titanium bolts, nuts and washers which are anodized for a beautiful finish.
This product is for MC28.
This hexagon nut has a locking function like the stock nut.
The nut is designed with a plate on the upper side that bites into the threads of the bolt to prevent loosening.
What is 64 Titanium?
Titanium can be mainly divided into two types: pure titanium and titanium alloy.
A typical example of titanium alloy is JIS60 (Ti 6AL-AV), a high-strength alloy used in aircraft.
This high-strength alloy type JIS 60 is commonly called "64 titanium".
Titanium is characterized by its excellent corrosion resistance and light specific gravity.Titanium alloys in particular have the highest specific strength of all the metals in use.
Titanium alloy can keep its strength up to 600 degrees Celsius, while other metals become softer and lose their strength at higher temperatures.
Among titanium alloys, 64 titanium has higher tensile strength than pure titanium, and is a hard-to-break material.
