[Description]
[Supersports]
It has been developed with the express purpose of offering maximum performance on both road and track to all owners of the most popular sporting models in Europe and Japan.
The discs in the Supersport Discs product line are available in a larger-than-stock thickness of 5.5 mm.
These are full floating discs consisting of a tempered stainless steel rotor (capable of withstanding extreme heat stress) and a machined billet aluminium alloy inner steel.
These two parts are joined by 10 fastener studs in true racing style.
A notable feature of the floating disc is that the rotor is not fixed to the aluminium inner steel. it can move freely on the studs.
This configuration allows the rotor to have more freedom of deformation while significantly reducing stress on the disc, disc wear, and further improving heat dissipation.
