This is a big bore kit to increase the displacement to 305cc by changing the cylinder and piston.
By installing the FI-CON 2 (Injection Controller) at the same time, you can achieve a torque-full output characteristic different from the stock.
The cylinder is an all aluminum ceramic cylinder with excellent durability, airtightness and heat dissipation.
The cylinder shape has been changed from the open deck method of the stock cylinder to the closed deck method to increase the rigidity of the cylinder.
Also, by increasing the capacity of the cylinder water jacket, the engine is protected from overheating.
The cylinder oil line is equipped with an oil jet mechanism that jets oil directly into the cylinder to improve the cooling and lubrication of the piston.
There is a service hole in the cylinder body where the temperature sensor of the water and oil temperature gauges can be installed.
Target temperature sensor: SP Takegawa PT1/8
Forged Piston: By using special forged materials used in racing engines, we have achieved weight reduction while maintaining strength.
By installing SP Takegawa Sports Camshaft and Silent Oval Exhaust at the same time, the power output can be increased further.

*For those who have installed the old type FI-CON 2 for CBR250R (MC41-1000001 to 1399999)
The old type FI-CON 2 (injection controller) for CBR250R (MC41-1000001 to 1399999) (part number 05-04-0005) does not have the 3D correction map which is set for the bore up kit 305cc.
Therefore, when you install the bore up kit, you need to send the FI-CON 2 to SP Mukawa by yourself and rewrite the program to the new program.
*It is assumed that the controller to be rewritten is operating normally when the rewriting work is done.
*If the controller is damaged or stained, we may refuse the rewriting work.
*There may be changes in product specifications due to manufacturer's reasons.
*The engine displacement is over 250cc, so it cannot be used on public roads.This is a closed course only.
