The Hyper Big Bore Kit is a great value kit that includes the Big Bore Kit 305cc, a sports camshaft to bring out the best performance of the stock cylinder head, and the FI Controller 2 (Injection Controller) to eliminate the deviation of the fuel balance and maximize the performance of the Big Bore and Sports Camshaft.
This kit is not only a set of each parts, but also a reasonable price.
■Big Bore Kit 305cc
This is a big bore kit to increase the displacement to 305cc by changing the cylinder and piston.
The cylinder is an all aluminum ceramic cylinder with excellent durability, airtightness and heat dissipation.
The cylinder shape has been changed from the open deck method of the stock cylinder to the closed deck method to increase the rigidity of the cylinder.
Also, by increasing the capacity of the cylinder water jacket, the engine is protected from overheating.
The cylinder oil line is equipped with an oil jet mechanism that jets oil directly into the cylinder to improve the cooling and lubrication of the piston.
There is a service hole in the cylinder body where the temperature sensor of the water and oil temperature gauges can be installed.
Target temperature sensor: PT1/8
Forged Piston: By using special forged materials used in racing engines, we have achieved weight reduction while maintaining strength.
■FI Controller 2 (Injection Controller)
This is SP Takegawa's original injection controller that can be easily changed by switching the rotary switch on the main unit without the need for troublesome data input by PC.
It has various 3D correction maps which are set up for SP Takegawa's custom parts, and can be set up according to the specifications of the vehicle.
In addition, the built-in correction map can be fine-tuned by using the rotary switch on the main unit.
Equipped with rev limiter cut function
■Rev Limit RPM with the Big Bore Kit: 11000rpm
The FI-CON 2 comes with a dedicated harness COMP. and can be installed with minimal wiring modifications.

*The engine displacement is over 250cc, so it cannot be used on public roads.This is a closed course only.
*You can exceed the rev limit of the stock ECU, but please use it at your own risk because it will exceed the rev limit of the stock ECU.
*FI-CON 2 is for CBR250R(MC41-1400001 to 1499999) 2 light headlight model.
*FI-CON 2 is not available for CBR250R(MC41-1500001 or later).
*The FI-CON 2 has been tested only on vehicles officially sold in Japan.We have not confirmed the compatibility with parallel imported cars.
*Please do not install external H.I.D. kit at the same time because it produces high voltage noise which adversely affects the digital circuit.Failure to do so may result in malfunction or failure of operation.
*Please do not install the ignition system of the outside article at the same time because it becomes a cause of the malfunction and the product breakdown by the increase of the radiation noise accompanying the ignition voltage increase.
*There may be changes in product specifications due to manufacturer's reasons.
