Duralumin machined case 『Solidbumper for iPhone15 Plus/14 Plus/13 Pro Max』 GILD Design has manifactured a solid bumper for the iPhone 13 Pro Max.
Our concept of "protecting your smartphone" has remained unchanged for the past 11 years since we started developing iPhone cases. The iPhone 15 Plus/14 Plus/13 Pro Max series cases were designed and manufactured under the theme of "easier to use and more protective".
The case is made of solid duralumin called "A2017" which is used for aviation, space and racing parts. We use A2017S duralumin made by Furukawa-Sky (now UACJ Co., Ltd.), which is said to be the highest quality among them.
The protruding corners of the solid are not merely for visual design, but are designed as "necessary thickness" to absorb impact from the four corners in the event of a drop. These four corners play a major role in protecting your smartphone.
This lightweight and rigid case is precision machined from solid duralumin to protect your iPhone from external shocks.
We have designed the part where the bumper touches the finger so that there is no uncomfortable feeling. You can also operate the frequently used swipe smoothly.
We have completed many prototypes to make it easy to hold and comfortable to wear on iPhone13 series. The volume buttons and other controls have been given a larger chamfer to improve operability over the 12 series.
Protects the delicate lens surface as much as possible. If the supplied aluminum spacer is attached to the bolt, the lens will not touch the bolt even if it is placed directly on a flat surface.
Duralumin machined lens guard is also available as an option. You can protect your precious lens.
Not only the Apple stock Magsafe charger, but also many aftermarket Magsafe accessories can be attached to the iPhone without interfering with the bumper.(Bumper inner width 65mm) (The mount in the image is Belkin's model holder)
The larger Apple original "Battery pack" is also available It can be attached directly to the iPhone body.
Strap holes are standard. A strap can be attached to the bottom left of the front so it won't get in the way during calls. You can put it in your pocket smoothly.
The bumper does not hide the antenna module part. Everything is open and 5G can be used without any problem.
A rubber O-ring is included to prevent the bolt from loosening. Attaching it together with the screw will eliminate looseness.
Collar bolt set (sold separately) (Model no: GI-305) can also be used for iPhone 15/14/13 series cases since the bolt size is the same. *When aluminum shim is used to avoid lens contact, it cannot be used because the length of the bolt is not enough.
The Solid Bumper for iPhone 13 series can be charged with Qi compatible wireless charger. Charging is not possible when the aluminum panel is attached to the bumper. (Please charge with the stock Lightning cable that comes with your iPhone.)
