The wide width is 220mm wider than the standard width by 2.5cm on both sides.In addition, wide hubs, wide suspension, drive sprocket offset kit and 5.5J 3 piece aluminum wheels are also developed and released as a complete kit. This swingarm is a product of KEPSPEED, a manufacturer of high quality aluminum parts.
Caution
The kit does not include a bracket for fixing the master cylinder of the rear brake. Please prepare it separately. The drive sprocket offset kit requires the sprocket portion of the generator cover to be machined off. The kit is compatible with Japanese engines and Loncin engines, but some Chinese engines, such as the Li-Fan 150cc, may not be able to be supported at 4 points.
Front and rear sprockets should be 420 size for MONKEY. Instructions for assembly will be included. Please assemble carefully referring to the instruction manual. However, common sense techniques for maintenance work are not described in the instruction manual. The assembly work should be performed by a person experienced in motorcycle maintenance. GM-MOTO does not provide information on the number of drive chain frames, as this will vary depending on the condition of the customer's chassis and the front and rear sprockets.
Always check the rear suspension for any abnormal contact points before riding, even if the rear suspension is at full bottom. If the gap between your frame and this swing arm is more than 0.5mm on each side, please use washers or other means to reduce the gap. If the pivot shaft is tightened with a large gap, a high load will be applied to the swing arm, and in the worst case, the swing arm may be damaged. After the start of riding, please pay attention to the occurrence of so-called "initial loosening" and carry out frequent inspections to avoid unexpected problems. *Since the product is made overseas, molding, welding, painting, etc. may not be perfect. Also, minor scratches and abrasions may occur due to transportation problems. *Change in specifications has changed the chain adjuster and stand hook from gold to titanium color. *There may be changes in product specifications due to manufacturer's reasons.
