[Description]
■This product cancels the UBS (Unified Brake System) and provides independent left and right brakes.
■The stock-installed combination brake, which activates the front and rear brakes when the left lever is operated, can be canceled to provide a natural brake feeling with independent front and rear brakes.
■By removing the link wire from the brake lever and related parts of the holder and installing this product, the front and rear brakes can be applied independently.
[fitting instructions]
Refer to the picture and assemble as described below.
■Removal of link wire
(1) Remove the link wire on the front brake side
(2) Remove the link wire on the rear brake side
(3) Remove the wire holder part (pull out the cotter pin)
(4) Removed parts (left side) and UBS canceller (right side)
■Installation of canceller
(5) Insert the canceller into the holder removed in (3), taking care of its orientation
(6) Tap with a plastic hammer or the like to narrow the clearance
(7) Align the holes and install the pin removed in (3)
(8) Reattach the cotter pin to prevent loosening and complete
