■Details
The reinforced crankcase is specially designed to increase the rigidity of the crankcase and to reduce the load on the crankcase caused by the larger displacement.
The crankcase is made of die-cast aluminum, which allows for the placement of reinforced ribs and increased strength in every detail.In addition, by adopting the oil jet mechanism with excellent cooling effect, oil is always injected directly to the connecting rod, cylinder, piston, etc., and the inside of the engine can be cooled.
Crankshaft direct drive super oil pump (with relief valve function) is used.
The relief valve mechanism enables hydraulic pressure control and maintenance of proper oil quantity and oil level.
In order to reduce the internal pressure of the crank case of the large displacement engine, the inner diameter of the breather pipe is 6mm instead of the stock 4mm.
A special bearing hold plate is used for the transmission bearing that receives the large torque from the larger displacement.
■Current SP Takegawa special/dry clutch owners
If you currently have the current SP Takegawa special/dry clutch kit, you can install it without modification.
If you have an old type clutch kit, you will need to check the compatible clutch cover before purchasing, as some clutch covers cannot be installed at the same time.
