■Superhead 4V+R Big Bore Kit 145cc
■Superhead 4V+R (1-cam, 4-valve) cylinder head - By using two intake valves and two exhaust valves each, the valve curtain area can be further enlarged, and intake and exhaust efficiency can be improved more than that of a large bore 2-valve.In addition, the head shape was designed to balance the center plug, valve pinching angle, combustion chamber shape, and port shape in order to achieve high power output and sustained output characteristics in the high RPM range, which is the biggest feature of the Super Head.By adopting 1 cam and 4 valves, it was possible to make it as light and compact as possible, and at the same time, it condensed the performance as the strongest SOHC head.
■Roller rocker arm with built-in bearings similar to stock are adopted. Reduced frictional resistance with the camshaft and roller bearings built into the rocker arm allow smooth tracking of the cam profile from low to high RPM.
■Valve Intake: 21.5mm x 2 / Exhaust: 18.5mm x 2 Valve Stem Shaft Diameter: Intake and exhaust both 4.0mm
■Valve springs - Unequal pitch (2-step pitch) single valve springs are used to prevent surging at high RPM.The port diameter is optimized to match the SP Takegawa Big Throttle Body Manifold.In addition, by installing the SP Takegawa Big Throttle Body Manifold at the same time, smooth intake effect from the Big Throttle Body to the combustion chamber can be achieved without resistance, and the performance of the cylinder head can be maximized.SP Takegawa's original cylinder head shape fits well with the bike's style and can enhance the custom look.The inspection cover and the left cylinder head side cover are made of die-cast aluminum with a barrel-polished finish.In addition, the oil tower on the right side of the cylinder head is made of machined aluminum and silver anodized.Various covers and oil towers with excellent dress-up effects make the cylinder head look beautiful.
■M8 Spark Plug - The M8 spark plug is adopted in accordance with the optimum valve pinching angle due to the 4-valve conversion and the downsizing of the head.
■Auto decompression camshaft (10/10D) - The camshaft is supported by ball bearings at both ends to reduce frictional resistance at the camshaft journals.Auto decompression mechanism reduces the force of kick-starting and the burden on the transmission when starting the engine, and allows smooth engine starting even with large displacement engines.
■Cylinder - Aluminum sleeve cylinder is used.The cylinder with a bore diameter of 54mm, stroke of 63.1mm (stock), and compression ratio of 12.0:1 can be fitted with SP Takegawa's M5 temperature sensor, so the cylinder temperature can be measured by separately purchasing a thermometer (compact LED thermometer with M5 temperature sensor).
■Piston - The piston body is made of cast aluminum and machined exquisitely to be lightweight yet highly rigid.
*When Superhead 4V+R Big Bore Kit is installed, FI-CON TYPE-X (Injection Controller) must be installed at the same time.

■Regarding the installation of the Superhead 4V+R Big Bore Kit: The crankshaft is subjected to increased torsion and deflection due to the significant increase in engine power and torque caused by the SP Takegawa big bore kit.SP TAKEGAWA recommends to install crankshaft support adapter at the same time to reduce the load on the crankshaft.The Crankshaft Support Adaptor adds ball bearing support to the end of the flywheel side of the crankshaft to reduce twisting and deflection and to increase the durability of the crankshaft.

This product is SP Takegawa's original "Big Throttle Body Kit" developed for SP Takegawa's Superhead 4V+R.It can be compactly installed around the engine without ruining the silhouette of the bike.No modification of the cowl or wiring is required for installation.Includes air filter with excellent intake efficiency

By adopting a Φ34mm big throttle body, the performance of SP Takegawa's Superhead 4V+R can be maximized and the power output can be increased.
■High-capacity fuel injector (G-1)
This is a high-capacity fuel injector for bikes equipped with SP Takegawa's Superhead 4V+R Big Bore Kit and Big Throttle Body.
■FI-CON TYPE-X (Injection Controller)
This injection controller can be installed to the stock ECU by simply connecting the coupler.The MAPs are preset for each engine specification, so you only need to select the MAP that matches the specification of your big bore kit or throttle body with your smartphone or PC to complete the basic operation and start riding.The new MAP creation is designed for advanced users to enjoy, including setting up a new MAP based on an existing MAP or creating a new MAP according to your preferences.The system can be connected to a PC or smartphone while the engine is running, enabling monitoring of engine temperature in addition to the tachometer and throttle position graph screens, which are very useful for setting up the engine.Rev limit function included.Can be installed at the same time as a stock Honda immobilizer alarm.
