[New Product] SP Tadao has released short pipe for Z900RS

The full exhaust system for Z900RS of SP Tadao which was introduced in Young Machine April issue (released February 24) was finally completed. As shown in the picture, the power box is placed in front of the rear tire with a short pipe style of 4 in 1. Although it was unpainted at the time of the interview, the product became astonishingly heat-resistant black and it is a new release.

Sound at low speed addiction!

Full exhaust system debut from SP Tadao’s, “Powerbox full” adopted a simple 4-1 aggregation system. It does not have spectacular decoration and its color tone is naturally comparable to an old-fashioned “short tube”. It melts into the appearance of Z900RS without any discomfort, and has a beauty that is eye-catching.

When it’s running, the sound and the riding feeling are different from STD which is from low speed to high speed range more especially the heavy and the low sound at 3 to 4000 rpm makes the Z900RS addictive reminiscent of the former “Zett”.

By letting it flow slowly with a high gear, you can feel the texture that seems to be a 4 cylinder · large displacement vehicle more strongly. While having the above-mentioned heaviness, Z900RS which achieved weight reduction with this full-fledged exceptional quickness. Peak power and torque are secured, and it is finished as a gem without a weak point.

Up to about 3000 rpm, the impression in the low speed range is “elegant” to say. The volume that you feel from the cockpit is equivalent to STD, or rather it feels a little calm. Politeness of torque that can accelerate from anywhere without discomfort is impressive.

Also, from 6 to 7000 rotations, let’s look at the more powerful character than STD. The power box megaphone is set at 79 dB to 81 dB at acceleration and 2 dB higher at STD ratio, making sound creation and the feeling of acceleration improve the mood.
