After France SBI competition , I had to go to USA for the USA open championship called XDL.
But my flight was nightmare. Because my flight was like this Paris -> Qatar -> Japan -> Korea -> USA Gorgia because oneway ticket was more expensive than round trip ticket.
I spent 48 hours for these flight.

Additionally I had another problem , This picture was taken at Qatar airport for the 4th times. when I came from Paris.
When I went to Saudi Arabia , I took same airway and spent a lot of time in the same airplane , that’s why I didn’t have no more movies that I wanted to watch in airplane.
No more movies and 48 hours flight were NIGHTMARE

After arrived Atranta airport , Aaron picked me up and took me to his house. I started to set up our bikes immediately after arrived at his garage.
I had big problem , my bike’s cylinder head had crack because coolant water became ice inside the engine, and ice volume became bigger than water, and this thing made crack in the cylinder head. This problem had got worse and worse during I hadn’t come to USA for 5 years.
So , we had to change cylinder head from another spare engine.

Started to set up my bike. I set up my parts on Aaron’s bike because Aaron was still making his frame.

Aaron is making frame. But just 2 days left until competition. We did not have enough time to make frame and practice for the competition.

1 day before competition , my bike got ready but I could not practice enough , I rode just 1 hour but just checked my bike , It was not practice. I had to try competition without enough practice.

After short riding , I went back to Aaron’s house and he already finished frame.

And then Started to set up Aaron’s bike this time. But this work was so hard because we had to set up everything such as swingarm , front fork and another all parts. And Aaron’s friend Peet came to help us. We worked hard for Aaron’s bike.

In the early morning around 5 O’clock , Finished Aaron’s bike.

But when I put water for radiator , we saw leaking water from radiator. Opened the hole on the radiator and then fix again.
Working and our mind were so hard.
Finally , we could sleep past 6 o’clock. We were so exhausted.

After taking a nap in early morning, we headed to the competition spot.
This spot is in the Road Atlanta and jointed with Moto America that is all USA road race championship.　

There were many riders. Maybe around 40 riders came from all around USA.

As I expected , my riding condition was not good because I needed more practice and had to get used to ride USA bike. But my riding became better on each runs, qualification, semi final and final. And finally I could go to extra final stage for only top 4 riders.

And finally I could get 3rd podium place in USA Championship!! 1st place was European champion, Korzen from Poland. 2nd place was 4 times American champion, Bill Dixon. And 3rd place was me , Asian. Podium was very international at high level. That’s why this 3rd place value is very higher than another competition. My buddy Aaron was 5th place , our result was success!!

Additionally I got 1st place for the drift contest too.
This thing made me so happy too!!

Definitely this oversea trip was hardest weekend entire my stunt riding life. But I made it , So happy!! And Aaron Thank you for helping a lot!!

Last weekend I got 2nd place in Europe and this weekend was 3rd place in USA. This one month oversea trip was GREAT SUCCESS!!
I could not get such a good results without my sponsors , Romain Jeandrot and Aaron Twite’s help. Thank you for support all the time!!
