The RPM-4in2in1 is the result of about 300 processes of meticulous hand-making and TQC (Total Quality Control: It is an original exhaust system born from the company-wide quality control), and is an original exhaust brand that has been popular among many users since its birth in 1978.
■Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4-in-2-in-1 assembly method has a higher exhaust synergy effect than the 4-in-1 assembly method for 4-cylinder engines, and also contributes greatly to the generation of a high-quality sound.
The material is steel (STKM11A carbon steel pipe for machine structural use), and each part is carefully polished by hand by craftsmen and then plated with high quality plating to give it high aesthetic value and weather resistance.
■Silencer
All of the silencers used in RPM's original exhausts, including this one, have been developed independently from conception to prototype.
The Φ77 x 300 size silencer produces a high quality sound despite its lightweight and stylish body, and also provides excellent quietness.
Three types of materials are available for the outer cover.

■Parts composition
The full exhaust system consists of 5 parts: 4 front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the merge collector) and 1 tail pipe assembly (from the merge collector to the silencer).
■Installed state
Fix to the bike body at two points, the engine exhaust port and the tail bracket.
Kawasaki stock free flange (exhaust holder) is used for engine exhaust port installation.
