●The chain can be cut, press-fitted and riveted efficiently without removing the chain from the actual bike.
●Flare pin with stopper to prevent over riveting allows rivet diameter to be set to the correct value in a single step by tightening the tool.
●By changing the holder, it can be used for chains from 428 to 630.
*Size 630 and 532 require optional parts.
The guide plate and adjuster bolt allow for precise positioning. By hooking the chain onto the guide plate, which is designed to match the chain size, alignment during pin removal and riveting becomes effortless.
Additionally, the adjuster bolt ensures a firm hold, preventing misalignment during riveting and bending of the pin removal rod.
Two types of guide plates are included, one for 420 and 428 sizes and the other for 520, 525, and 530 sizes.*For size 630, separately sold parts are required.
Ratchet wrench can be used for tightening work. 19mm and 27mm ratchet wrenches can be used for pressure bolts.
