Wave Washer COERCE step has a wave washer on the shaft.A normal washer is a part that connects parts to parts by the surface of the washer.However, this "wave washer" is a special washer which has a wave-shaped as the name suggests and connects parts to parts with "points".The purpose is to prevent the pedal from sliding and to improve the operability.Because of the "point" contact, the resistance to the pedal is reduced and stable operation performance can be obtained.If you apply grease at the first installation, you don't need to apply grease for a while afterwards.When bearings are used, operation is light, but greasing is required after riding in the rain, for example.In addition, the "Wave Washer" has the characteristic of pushing the pedal outward, so that the pedal can always be operated reliably without sticking.
